Hari S Iyer, M Com & CAIIB, Dy General Manager & Director, State Bank Foundation Institute 'Chetana' Indore, is a career banker with an experience of over 35 years with State Bank of India. He has worked in different capacities at branches and has had an extensive stint in Human Resources and marketing of Digital initiatives of the Bank. He was a key resource person and actively involved in the launch of Bank’s flagship digital initiative ‘YONO’. His areas of expertise are HR, Customer Relationship Management, and Vigilance, and he leads a team of nine experienced Faculty members. M. Sai Chakradhar

Shri Chakradhar joined the Bank in 1993. His qualifications include M.Sc. (Mathematics), M.A (Business Economics), M.Sc. (Psychology) and CAIIB. He has diverse experience of working in operations & retail lending, and has worked in the training system. He has been invited several times as a speaker on AIR, Vijayawada, on various aspects of banking and retail lending. He takes sessions in Retail & MSME Credit and BS.

Saurabh Jaiswal is a Commerce graduate and MBA (Marketing). He has 18 years of experience in Operations, Compliance, Risk management which includes an overseas stint as Asst. Vice President (Back Office) at the SBI’s Frankfurt branch. Saurabh handles sessions in Marketing, Retail credit and BS.

Mukti Prakash Behera

Mukti Prakash Behera has completed his Executive PGPM from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and has to his credit an MBA degree from Pondicherry University. He is UGC – NET qualified and has completed his MPhil in Management from Ravenshaw University. He has to his credit 9 years of industry experience in the domain of Training & Service Delivery and has worked for companies of repute such as IBM, Reliance Telecom, FirstSource and STel Pvt Ltd.

Continuing his academic career, since the last 7 years, he has worked as Assistant Professor ( Marketing Domain ) in prominent business schools in India delivering interactive sessions on marketing management concepts to management graduates. His academic credentials also include publication of research articles, case studies and book chapters in prominent Journals.
