The Productization of a Vision: Linking Operations to Strategy
Having a clear long-term vision is crucial for any organization to guide decision-making, but translating that vision into business goals, metrics, and product roadmaps requires a well-thought-out strategy that balances and aligns four key pillars: performance measurement and goal setting, team structures and empowerment, rewards and incentives, and corporate culture. This course will take Chief Product Officers and their direct reports into how they can close the gap between long term vision and big ideas and unleashing product design that delights customers and stakeholders.

The Teacher and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)
Social and emotional learning, or SEL, programs have flourished in schools during the last decade. These programs vary widely but most share a concern for five individual, student competencies: self awareness; self-management; social awareness; relationship skills; and finally responsible decision making. It is important for teachers and parents to know about and understand these programs. While lots of SEL programs emphasize K-12 student social and emotional learning, only a very few programs exist to promote, and help teachers explore their own emotional well-being.

Compassionate Leadership Through Service Learning with Jane Goodall and Roots & Shoots
Join us for an action-oriented online teacher professional development course! This course will teach participants how to identify and implement a local service-learning campaign using the Roots & Shoots program model. The service learning curriculum equips participants with teacher resources to discover the differences between service-learning and community service, and apply the Roots & Shoots model to help youth have a voice in identifying and addressing needs in their community.
