  1. Can I access the free course content without Sign Up?

    Sign Up is mandatory to access any of the free learning content.

  2. How can I access the free courses?

    Complete the sign up process on www.golearning.ae to get access to the free contents including Online Feeds, Online Courses and Projects.

  3. How can I access the courses I have paid for?

    Sign in to www.golearning.ae. Click on your profile photo on the top right and navigate to Content > Purchased to find all your paid courses.

  4. How can I access the subscription I have paid for?

    Sign In to www.golearning.ae. Click on your profile photo on the top right and click on Manage Subscription. You will find your active subscription listed here. Click on the View Courses button to check out the courses that are part of your subscription.

  5. How long do I have access to my purchased course?

    Every course will have a validity listed under the course information. You will have access to the course until the course is valid.

  6. How long do I have access to my purchased subscription?

    Subscriptions are renewed monthly and your access to a particular course under the subscription will revoke as soon as the subscription ends.  

  7. Do I have to access and complete a course in one go?

    You can visit the GoLearning platform anytime within the course validity and continue your learning journey. The courses are made of a number of individual modules that enable you to complete at your own pace.

  8. My subscription has expired, can I still access the platform and the content I paid for?

    You will have free access to the GoLearning platform at all times. If your subscription has expired, you will have access to the platform limited to Free Courses only.

  9. What if I forget my login password?

    If you forget your login password, please visit the Sign In page and click on Forgot Password to reset the password.

  10. I have purchased a course or subscription online but cannot access the content?

    We are available 24X7 to support you. Please connect to our Chat Support team via the platform.

  11. Do I receive a certificate for my course?

    If you have taken up a course that has a Certificate of Completion, you are entitled to get the same.

  12. Is my course or subscription transferable?

    No, your course cannot be transferred to anyone else. Any certificate of completion will be issued only to the registered user.

  13. How can I change my name on my account?

    You can change your first name or last name by clicking your profile photo on the top right and navigating to the Edit Profile section.

  14. How can I change my email id and phone number on my account?

    Your email id cannot be changed. It is your unique identifier. You can change your phone number by clicking your profile photo on the top right and navigating to the Edit Profile section.

  15. Can I access the courses on my mobile?

    Yes, the platform and the courses are mobile ready. You are suggested to use the GoLearning mobile application instead of a mobile browser to access the courses.

  16. How can I check the progress of my course?

    The progress of a course is available when you open the respective course. Alternatively, you can check My Learning Plan to check the progress of any particular course.

  17. I need some help on the course access. Whom should I reach out to?

  18. How can I delete my account from GoLearning App.

    On the app, you can click on profile and click on Delete Account. Please note that all of your account and content usage information will be deleted and cannot be retrieved, at any point.

  1. Can I view the course information before purchasing the same?

    Yes, you can view multiple information including Objective, Duration, Target Audience, etc. before purchasing the course.

  2. Can I see what courses are included in a particular subscription?

    Yes, you can view all the courses that are included in a particular subscription.

  3. Do I have to pay extra for new courses added to the subscription?

    Subscription will be refreshed with new set of courses from time to time. You will not be charged extra for any new courses added to the subscription.

  4. How can I get help with my course?

  5. Can I view my course without the internet?

    There is no offline access to the platform. You will need to be connected to the Internet to view the courses.

  6. Can I retake a course of a subscription?

    Yes, you are allowed to retake a course any number of times during your subscription period and as long as the course is not expired.

  1. Can I pay for any course or subscription without Sign Up?

    Sign Up is mandatory to pay and access any of the learning content.

  2. If I missed renewing my subscription how will I renew the same?

    GoLearning allows you to continue the learning journey without any financial commitment. You can cancel or resume a subscription anytime from the My Subscription page.

  3. How can I cancel my existing subscription?

    You can cancel any active subscription from My Subscription page. The access to the subscription content will be revoked on the end date of the subscription.

  4. Can I start for free and pay later?

    You will have access to the free courses only. The paid courses can be accessed only after payment of the course fee or the subscription.

  5. How can I pay for a course or subscription?

    GoLearning supports multiple methods of payment viz including debit and credit cards. For any e& UAE customers, we allow ‘Add to Bill’ option. Additionally, for UAE customers we accept Smiles payment too.

  6. How can I change my payment method for Subscription?

    You can change the payment method for the respective subscription from your My Subscription page.

  7. Can I get a refund?

    There is no refund policy applicable.

  8. My payment has failed. Will you stop my access?

    We suggest to renew the subscription at the earliest. If there is no active subscription the learning content access will be restricted.

  9. I am an e& mobile/landline user. Can I pay the GoLearning subscription along with my monthly phone bill?

    Yes, as an existing e& user you can pay using your existing phone bill. Kindly choose the payment method as  Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) during the checkout process and validate the phone account information.

  10. I am an e& pre-paid mobile user. Am I eligible for DCB?

    Yes, you are eligible for Direct Career Billing (DCB) if you have enough balance in your pre-paid account.

  11. During the payment process the transaction timed out while the money got deducted from my account? What should I do?

    Usually, for any unsuccessful transaction the money is credited back to your account in 7-10 working days. We recommend reporting the issue with screenshots and transaction details to support@golearning.ae so that we can validate the issue and support you further.
